• Once you complete your order you will get a confirmation email and your order will be delivered within 2-5 working days any city around Egypt.
  • Unfortunately we currently do not provide international shipping.
  • You can check the shipment while the courier is on door. He can’t take the shipment back but you get to open the package to make sure you got the requested order.
  • Courier can take the package back in only 2 scenarios: if you found a defect in the piece or if you got the wrong order. In this case he calls us and if any of the 2 scenarios apply we ask him to take the package back to our warehouse and we send you back the correct order within 1-2 working days.
  • If you request a refund or an exchange you can contact us within 2 days maximum from receiving your order through Instagram DM @hydroswimwear, Facebook messenger or through email on info@hydroswimwear.com. A courier will be sent back to you within two days to process the return or exchange request.
  • If you request a return you get back your money in cash in case you paid in cash originally, or on card in case you paid through card payment method originally. * This applies only for Cairo orders.
  • Requested returns outside Cairo get their money back through bank account transfer only. We send a courier within 2 days from receiving the return request to pickup the package and transfer the money same day on the bank account you provide.
  • Exchanges can be made maximum 2 times.
  • To be eligible for an exchange the courier will check the old piece while on door to make sure we get it back in the same original condition, with ticket and inside the original package.

*Kindly note that swimsuits are considered personal/underwear garments and that’s why we can’t do more than a 2 days period for exchanging and returning.
